How to Avoid Picking Up Germs on Airplanes

Ever wondered or worried about the amount of germs on an airplane?

Having so many people in such a small enclosed space and sharing a bathroom with dozens of other people can’t be hygienic at the best of times.

Beth Collins of Frommers.com has written an article titled ‘7 Ways to Avoid Germs on an Airplane‘, looking into ways to ensure you don’t pick up anything nasty.

Some of the tips are pretty obvious (such as making sure you avoid touching any of the surfaces in the airplane’s bathroom wherever possible), whereas some you might not have thought about before (such as stashing your items near the top of the seatback pocket as opposed to the bottom).
