How to Prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) with a Quick Workout (VIDEO)

We all know that DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) is a major problem these days with the amount of flying that some people do.

Fitness expert Bryan Francis has come up with a quick exercise routine to help prevent DVT in four easy movements.

The routine is based around getting the blood pumping and exercising the lower body (with squats, calf raises, split squats, lateral lunges and toe raises).
